本工事記録は、瑞浪超深地層研究所研究坑道掘削工事の平成20年度の工事概要、主な出来事、工事工程、工事安全に関する記録をまとめたものである。工事概要は特記仕様書、主な出来事は東濃地科学センター週報、工事工程は約定工程表と東濃地科学センター週報、工事安全に関する記録は施設建設課安全担当による事故・災害・不適合・不具合管理記録に基づいてとりまとめたものである。工事の計画と実績については、平成20年3月16日着工、平成22年3月15日竣工予定の瑞浪超深地層研究所研究坑道掘削工事(その3)のうち、平成21年3月31日までの工事完了部分について記載した。また、平成21年4月1日以降の瑞浪超深地層研究所研究坑道掘削工事(その3)の計画と実績については、平成21年度以降の建設工事記録に記載するものとする。

This progress report presents an outline compilation of construction activities, primary tasks performed, construction progress and problems reported, in fiscal year 2008. The outline of construction activities is a summary based on the scope of work planned in 2008: the main activities are based on the Tono Geoscience Center weekly reports; and the construction progress is based on the planned and actual schedules and the Tono Geoscience Center weekly reports. The problems reported are based on accident reports, natural disasters, nonconformance and defects recording by the safety manager of the Geoscience Facility Construction Section. Regarding the plan and actual performance of MIU construction project No.3 (March 16, 2008 - March 15, 2010) performance carried out until March 31, 2009 is described in this report and rest of the performance started from April 1, 2009 is supposed to be described in construction progress report from fiscal year 2009 onward.
