The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of irradiation dose rate on deformation behavior at stress corrosion cracking tip. SCC growth rate for the specimens preirradiated under high dose rate condition is slightly higher than that for the specimens preirradiated under low dose rate condition as for the specimen irradiated to a about 1dpa by dose rate from 1.8$$times$$10$$^{-7}$$ to 2.8$$times$$10$$^{-8}$$ dpa/s. It is found that the influence of irradiation dose rate on deformation behavior at crack tip is small from the electron back-scattered diffraction pattern observation and simulation results by the crystal plasticity model.
