Neutron devices at J-PARC/MLF

J-PARC/MLFにおける中性子デバイス

J-PARC/MLFの1MWパルス中性子源の高強度中性子を十分に活用し、新しい科学技術の研究分野を開拓するため、さまざまな先端中性子デバイスの開発を行ってきた。国内外の大学や研究機関との活発な協力により、幾つかの画期的な成果が得られている。本稿では、新規に開発された検出器と光学デバイスについて報告する。

A variety of advanced neutron devices has been developed and constructed to fully use intense neutrons at 1 MW pulsed sources and open new science and technology research fields in J-PARC/MLF. Some breakthrough results have been achieved through active cooperations with domestic and international universities and institutes. In this article, new lined detectors and optical devices are reported.
