The details are not understood though it is thought that protists take on specialized roles on the transition of radioisotopes in soil. In this study, the three-dimensional distribution of Pb in a cell of ${it Paramecium bursaria}$ in water including Pb was tried to measure with micro-PIXE and ML-EM (maximum likelihood expectation maximization) algorithm. As a result, it was found that the distribution of Pb was limited on the surface of the cell.
