本研究は地域社会の意識に基づいて、産業廃棄物処分場におけるリスクコミュニケーション手法を構築するために、市民の安心感に影響する因子を把握することを目的とする。市民が処分場の安全性を評価する場合、当事者意識の高いグループは事業者への信頼性で判断し、逆に当事者意識の低いグループは事業者への信頼性に加えて処分場の悪影響のイメージに基づいて判断するということが定量的に示された。

The present study aims to understand the factor that influences citizens' senses of security to construct the risk communications technique in the industrial waste landfill site based on the consideration of the regional society. It was quantitatively shown that the group with high sense of participant was judged from the reliability to the entrepreneur, and judged oppositely by the group with low sense of participant based on the image of the adverse effect of the repository site in addition to the reliability to the entrepreneur when the citizens evaluated the safety of the site.
