原子力機構には、近年、研修や共同研究などを目的として各国から研究者が来所しており、震災時も多くの外国人研究者が被災し、停電,断水によって不自由な生活を強いられた。当時の外国人研究者の生活の様子と国際部の支援の様子を紹介する。

Overseas Researchers visit JAEA for taking training courses and collaborative researches in late years. Many of them suffered from the Great East Japan Earthquake and they had to lead an inconvenient life in Tokai because of blackout and water outage. Is shows lives of overseas researchers and the assistance to them while few days just after the occurrence of the Earthquake.
