Inventory estimation of gadolinium in LWR spent fuel assembly

For the accurate inventory estimation of gadolinium isotopes in LWR fuel assemblies with burnable poisoned rods (Gd $_{2}$ O $_{3}$ -UO $_{2}$ ), burn-up analyses were carried out for PWR and BWR fuel assemblies by using MVP-BURN and JENDL-4.0. As a result, isotope generation and depletion of gadolinium in each fuel assembly were quantitatively clarified.
