高速炉蒸気発生器におけるナトリウム-水反応現象の理解を最終目標として、液体ナトリウム中での不活性ガス噴流がガラス製単一円筒に衝突する挙動を内部から直接観察した。また高速度カメラにより得られた映像からボイド率を算出し、既に開発したボイド計で測定した値と比較した。

As the final goal to understand the sodium-water reaction phenomena of steam generator in sodium-cooled fast reactor, we observed directly the colliding behavior of inactive gas jet in sodium from inside a single glass cylinder. And we calculated the void fraction from the frame due to the high speed video camera, and compared with the value measured by void sensor.
