福島原発事故後のリスクコミュニケーションの実践,2; 双方向性を重視した放射線に関する説明会の手法

福島原発事故後のリスクコミュニケーションとして、福島県や茨城県の人達を中心に放射線の基礎とリスク,健康への影響を伝える説明会を実施してきた。参加者の放射線に対する不安・心配を軽減するために、相手のニーズに基づく双方向性を重視した説明会となるよう工夫した。その手法を紹介する。

As our risk communication activities after the Fukushima nuclear accident, we have conducted explanatory meetings on radiation risk and its influence on human health. We carried out the meetings to reduce anxiety and concerns about radiation risk among residents in Ibaraki and Fukushima prefectures. The meetings incorporate the residents' needs, and have interactive two-way communication as long as possible. We show the methods of our risk communication in the meetings.
