The construction of the new time-of-flight single crystal neutron diffractometer, SENJU, has been completed and on-beam commissioning is in progress. SENJU was designed for structural research of inorganic and organic materials with relatively small cell sizes under multiple extreme environments, such as low temperature and a high magnetic field. On the course of the commissioning, several materials have been measured on SENJU, and here in this presentation, some of the results of structure analyses will be reported. The actual examples of structure analyses include NaCl, ruby, glycine and taurine, and the accuracy of the lattice parameters and the results of the structure analyses will be reported.
