Synthesis of lithium nitride composite on the lithium surface by ion plantation technique

To achieve high performance of BNCT (Boron Neutron Capture Therapy) device, Li$$_{3}$$N/Li/Pd/Cu four layered Li target was designed and t synthesized by ${it in-situ}$ lithium deposition and ion implantation technique without H$$_{2}$$O and O$$_{2}$$. The composition and structure of lithium-nitride composite synthesized on the surface of lithium layer for the purpose of avoiding the radiation blistering and lithium evaporation during neutron production
