海外における溶融燃料挙動に関する研究の現状

Status of research on molten fuel behavior in oversea countries

我が国は、福島第一原子力発電所の廃止措置に向け、政府が中心となって設けられた中長期対策会議の下でさまざまな研究開発を進めている。燃料の溶融進展及び再分布状況を把握し溶融燃料の取り出しを効率的に進めるためには、国内における研究開発だけでなく海外技術の活用や海外との協力を行うことが合理的である。本報告では、海外での溶融燃料挙動に関する研究の現状について報告し、海外との協力課題に関する検討について述べる。

Japan proceeds various R&D under the Council on Mid-to-Long-Term Response for Decommissioning of Fukushima Daiichi NPPs. In order to efficiently conduct the debris removal by estimating the melt progress and the status of the molten fuel, it is reasonable to utilize knowledge and techniques in overseas countries and international cooperation in addition to the own R&D. This paper presents status of researches on molten fuel behavior in overseas countries and consideration about research items for international cooperation.
