In this study, the possibility of the combination of endophytic bacteria (${it Pseudomonas fluorescens}$) and oligochitosan as a suppression effect of tomato bacterial wilt was investigated. As a result, the independently treatment of oligochitosan was not exhibited the tomato bacterial wilt suppression effect. The enhancement of the tomato bacterial wilt suppression effect by the combination of oligochitosan and bio-pesticide also was not observed when tomato was treated at same time. On the other hand, the suppression effect against the pathogen significantly increased when the bio-pesticide-treated tomato was handled with oligochitosan before transplant to soil contaminated by the pathogen. This result strongly suggests that the oligochitosan enhances the suppression effect against pathogen in tomato which already was induced the resistance by bio-pesticides.
