ナトリウム冷却高速増殖炉の安全に関し、一つの検討課題としてナトリウム冷却材へのカバーガス巻き込みがある。著者らは、自由液面上に形成された渦による液体へのカバーガスの巻込み量を実験的に調べている。本報告では流体物性を変えて新たな結果が得られたのでその報告をする。

In the study on the safety of the Japanese sodium-cooled fast breeder reactor, the cover gas entrainment into the sodium coolant has been examined. The authors are investigating experimentally the entrained gas flow rate caused by the free surface vortex. In this report, the experimental results with high temperature water is presented.
