免震部材の長期観測に基づく維持管理の考え方

The Method of maintenance for base-isolated members based on long-term monitoring

既往の経年変化調査データ並びに機構の免震建物における維持管理結果等に基づき、一般免震建物の維持管理が効果的かつ簡便に展開できないかを検討した。これらのデータを整理・分析した結果、60年経過後の免震用積層ゴムと鉛ダンパーの性能には大きな変化がなく、ここで示した維持管理法によれば、大きな問題が発生しないことを示した。

Based on maintenance results of JAEAs Base-isolated buildings and past aging survey data, I try to develop the maintenance method for ordinary Base-isolated buildings, effectively and easily. As a result of arranging and having analyzed these data, I showed that a big problem did not occur according to the maintenance method that I showed here to the performance of Base-isolated rubber bearings and lead dampers after the progress in 60 years.
