Development of 2-frequency (110/138 GHz) FADIS for JT-60SA ECHCD system

The 2 frequency (110/138 GHz) gyrotron has been developed for a JT-60SA ECHCD system. The FADIS for the 2-frequency gyrotron system is developing under a JAEA collaboration with Kyushu University. A square corrugated waveguide diplexer system with 2 resonant rings has been considered for the 2 frequency application. The output beams split fifty-fifty to symmetric and anti-symmetric directions with proper imaging properties larger than 90% efficiencies for the incident Gaussian beam. The design work of the square corrugated waveguide diplexer will be reported.
