To develop the gyrotron local controller for ITER, a prototype controller was developed according to ITER CODAC standard hardware and software. The prototype controller was installed into JAEA gyrotron test stand for test operation using a high power gyrotron. JAEA gyrotron test stand includes several high-voltage(HV) power-supplies(PS). Since every PS has different ramp-up time sequence, the controller adjusts the start-up timing of each PS for synchronization. The integration test of gyrotron local controllers and other subsystem controllers is planned. The functional architecture design of ITER EC plant control system was started and the EPICS-based interface of subsystem controllers will be implemented for integration test. In JAEA test stand, integration test of the gyrotron, the transmission line, and the equatorial launcher controller is planned.
