Visualization of photoassimilates movement; Analyses based on radiotracer imaging

This lecture will be comprehensively explaining the plant studies using radiotracer imaging methods with typical previous studies: for example, establishment of new technique to measure rates of carbon fixation and transport in many Arabidopsis individual seedlings. The significance of the results from the aspect of plant nutrition and promising fusion work between radiotracer imaging and biotechnology will be also discussed.
