Characteristics of heavy fermion and unconventional superconductivity in rare-earth and actinide compounds are clarified by the de Haas-van Alphen experiments. The effect of pressure on the electronic states of CeRhIn$$_5$$, CeIrSi$$_3$$ and YbIr$$_2$$Zn$$_{20}$$ is studied in magnetic fields. An electronic instability occurs under pressure in these compounds.
