We performed series of simulations regardign sediment and cesium transport and deposition in the Ogaki Dam reservoir, which is considered to be heavely contaminated at the initial stage right after the accident. We assumed cesium is attached to the sediment from the inital stage for simplicity. We simulated for two cases of which water level is high and low. We observed that while sand portion quickly deposited on to the bed in both cases, clay portion went down to the lower stream when the water level is lowered, but suspended for longer time in the reservoir when water level is highered.
