Most of gyrokinetic simulation studies have treated electron- and ion-scale turbulence separately, assuming scale separation of them. In this research, we have carried out multi-scale gyrokinetic simulations resolving both of electron- and ion scales and evaluate turbulent transport. The simulations reveal multi-scale interactions: suppression of electron-scale turbulence by ion-scale turbulence, and enhancement of ion-scale turbulence by electron-scale turbulence. These results emphasize the importance of multi-scale interactions for evaluating and modeling turbulent transport.
