Structural investigations of surfaces and interfaces in thin film devices by neutron reflectometory

Quantum beam means radiation X-ray, Neutron, and -on. This seminar is for beginners of quantum beam experiments for materials science. In this seminar, examples of structural investigations of light atoms (H, O, Li, etc.) and spins in thin film devices using neutron and X-ray will be introduced to give researchers a hint of investigations from different view points.
