2014年6月3-5日に開催された第5回IFMIF/EVEDA原型加速器技術会合、原型加速器用RFシステムの受入試験、5月に開始されたJT-60SA真空容器の組立開始、5月19-23日に開催された第3回JT-60SA日欧研究調整会議に関して報告している。第5回IFMIF/EVEDA原型加速器技術会合では、六ヶ所研究所における据付、調整作業の状況、各機器におけるそれぞれ担当機関からの準備状況等38件が報告された。また、欧州が調達する原型加速器用RFシステムについて、原子力機構、F4E、プロジェクトチーム立ち会いのもと性能検査(受入試験)が、スペイン・マドリッド近郊のINDRA社の現地工場で実施され良好な試験結果が得られた。また、那珂核融合研究所では、超伝導トカマクJT-60SAの真空容器組立作業を2014年5月からJT-60本体室で開始された。第3回JT-60SA日欧研究調整会議では、JT-60SAの研究計画を策定、JT-60SAに関する日欧共同研究の議論及び情報交換が行われた。これら、BA活動における主要な出来事を国内コミュニティーに対して情報発信する。

This time, the 5th LIPAc Technical Meeting on June 3-5, Acceptance testing of the RF system for the prototype accelerator, start assembling the JT-60SA vacuum vessel from May, and the 3rd EU-Japan JT-60SA research coordination meeting on May 19-23 are reported. The 5th LIPAc Technical Meeting, Installation in Rokkasho, situation of adjustment work, and preparation status, 38 topics from each agency in each equipment have been reported. The Superconducting tokamak JT-60SA vacuum vessel has started assembling from May. The 3rd JT-60SA EU-Japan Research Coordination Meeting, formulation of a research plan of JT-60SA, and discussion and information exchange of Japanese and EU joint research on JT-60SA were done. To disseminate information to the domestic community a major event in the BA activities.
