Particle tracking simulation for muon initial acceleration

ミューオン初段加速器の粒子トラッキングシミュレーション

Muon linear accelerator provides a high momentum beam for muon g-2/EDM experiments at J-PARC. Therefore, muon acceleration and calculation of the final efficiency are the important issues for this project. In my talk, at the 9th collaboration meeting, the results of particle tracking simulation for muon initial acceleration is presented. The contribution will be included in the technical design report of g-2/EDM experiment. Details of parameters and the ideas to improve the total acceleration efficiency were discussed.
