Precipitation behavior of dicesium tetravalent plutonium hexanitrate in cooling crystallization of uranyl nitrate hexahydrate

硝酸ウラニル六水和物の冷却晶析における硝酸セシウムプルトニウム(IV)の沈殿挙動

U晶析プロセスにおけるCs$$_{2}$$Pu(NO$$_{3}$$)$$_{6}$$の沈殿挙動を評価した。原料液のPu原子価をPu(VI)の条件ではCsは硝酸ウラニル六水和物結晶から概ね除去することができたものの、Pu(VI)はU(VI)と共結晶化し、Puはほとんど除染できなかった。結晶洗浄後のPuとCsの除染係数は、原料液中のCs濃度が増加するに従い、減少する傾向を示した。これは、原料液中のCsイオンがCs$$_{2}$$Pu(NO$$_{3}$$)$$_{6}$$の生成に寄与していることが原因と思われる。

The precipitation behavior of Cs$$_{2}$$Pu(NO$$_{3}$$)$$_{6}$$ was investigated in the U crystallization process. Although Cs was removed from the uranyl nitrate hexahydrate crystals under the condition of Pu(VI) in the feed solution, Pu(VI) co-crystallized with U(VI) and almost all Pu was not decontaminated. The decontamination factors of Pu and Cs after the uranyl nitrate hexahydrate crystal had tendency to decrease with increase of Cs concentration in the feed solution because large amounts of Cs contributes to the formation of Cs$$_{2}$$Pu(NO$$_{3}$$)$$_{6}$$.
