Iron-based superconductors FeSe$$_{0.5}$$Te$$_{0.5}$$ and FeSe have been studied by inelastic neutron scattering measurement. Although FeSe$$_{0.5}$$Te$$_{0.5}$$ does not exhibit any clear structural transition, the incommensurate magnetic excitation shows a jump at about 70 K in the incommensurability. It may suggest that the degeneracy of d$$_{zx}$$ and d$$_{yz}$$ orbitals in FeSe$$_{0.5}$$Te$$_{0.5}$$ is lifted in this temperature range. It can be due to the nematic effect even in FeSe$$_{0.5}$$Te$$_{0.5}$$.
