Automatic measurement software in J-PARC, MLF

J-PARC・MLFの中性子散乱実験は測定条件を変更しながら行われる。MLFの実験装置では測定条件の変更は制御ソフトウェアにより自動的に実行することができる。中性子源高出力化及び多様なユーザー実験に対応するため、2013年に我々は標準の装置制御ソフトウェアフレームワークの更新を行った。IROHA2と呼ばれる新しいフレームワークは、従来のものよりも使いやすく、可用性があり、柔軟かつ拡張可能である。2014年我々はIROHA2を用いた自動測定のためにシーケンス管理サーバーを開発した。シーケンス管理サーバーはシーケンシャルな制御だけでなく、制御コマンド間でパラメーターをやり取りすることによりフィードバック制御も可能である。また、シーケンス管理サーバーは他のIROHA2のソフトウェアコンポーネントと同様にWebユーザーインターフェースを持つ。このユーザーインターフェースでは測定シーケンスの編集、測定制御、グラフィカルな監視が可能である。発表では、IROHA2のシーケンス管理サーバーの詳細を示す予定である。

A neutron scattering experiment in MLF of J-PARC is done while changing measurement conditions. Variations of measurement conditions can be automatically done by the control software of the experimental instrument in MLF. In 2013, we have upgraded our standard control software framework of the instruments. The new framework, named "IROHA2" is more user-friend, available, flexible and scalable than the original IROHA. Last year, we have developed the sequence management server based on IROHA2 for an automatic measurement. The sequence management server has the functions which are not only sequential control but also feedback control with exchanging the parameters between control commands. The sequence management server has the web user interfaces as well as other software components of IROHA2. The interface is to edit the sequence of the automatic measurement, to run control the sequence and to monitor the sequence graphically. We will report the sequence management server of IROHA2.
