放電プラズマ焼結(SPS)による有機高分子(PMMA)の熱分解ガスを利用したCu基バブル分散強化合金の創製に対して、最適なPMMAの体積率及びSPSによる焼結温度を系統的に調査した。その結果、PMMAの最適添加量は5vol$$%$$であり、SPSによる焼結は750$$^{circ}$$Cで2時間が最適であった。

For the synthesis of a bubble dispersion strengthened copper by using the pyrolysis gaseous products of Poly (PMMA) during spark plasma sintering (SPS) process, a systematic investigation of the optimal conditions was performed. It was found that the optimal conditions are 5vol$$%$$PMMA for composition and maintaining temperature of 750$$^{circ}$$C for 2 hours in SPS progress.
