I compared KERMA factors or DPA cross-section data of 497 nuclei in all the latest official ACE files produced with NJOY from JENDL-4.0, ENDF/B-VII.1, JEFF-3.2 and FENDL-3.1b and investigated reasons for differences among the KERMA or DPA data. As a result, the KERMA and DPA data of a lot of nuclei were different among JENDL-4.0, ENDF/B-VII.1, JEFF-3.2 and FENDL-3.1b. Reasons of most of the differences in the KERMA or DPA data were successfully categorized as the followings; (1) Nuclear data (inconsistent energy-balance, cross-section difference of elastic scattering, helium production, fission, capture reactions, etc., wrong Q value, no secondary charged particle data, secondary gamma spectrum difference), (2) NJOY bug or unsupported issues (H problem, no secondary charged particle data, no secondary data, mf12-15 mt3 data, mf6 mt102 data). The ACE files including the KERMA factors and DPA cross section data with the problems should be revised.
