原子力3S(安全、核セキュリティ、保障措置)を総合的に高めることが重要であるという認識に基づいて、それぞれの概要と課題、3Sのシナジーについて議論する。特に発表者は核セキュリティの専門家として、核セキュリティの概要、強化のための国際的な取り組みや強化支援、原子力新興国における導入努力、現在の課題について述べるとともに、3Sのシナジーに関する議論に参加する。

Given the importance of enhancing all the aspects of 3S (safety, security and safeguards), the panel session focuses on the introduction of and challenges on each "S" activities, as well as the synergy 3S. The registered speaker, as a nuclear security expert, introduce the overview of nuclear security, international efforts to enhance and support enhancing nuclear security, application efforts by new comer countries, and current challenges for nuclear security. She also participates in discussion on the synergy of 3S.
