保守管理上の不備に対するもんじゅの取組

もんじゅにおける保守管理上の不備に対する改善は着実に進展している。原子力機構は、2015年、保守管理上の不備に対する対応を、対症療法的な方法から抜本的な対策に転換した。例えば、原子力機構は、保全計画を科学的な根拠に基づく合理的なものに見直している。原子力機構は、もんじゅの保守管理及び品質保証が、原子力規制委員会の確認を受け、命令解除を受けることが可能な段階に至ったと考えている。それゆえ、2016年8月に保安措置命令に対する報告書を、原子力規制委員会に提出した。原子力機構は、もんじゅにおける保守管理不備に関する努力が、将来、高速炉の実用化に対する非常に有益な知見になると考えている。

The improvement on the problems regarding the maintenance management inadequacies at Monju is progressing steadily. JAEA changed the measure of this problem from the treatment of the symptoms to the solving the basic problem in 2015. For example, JAEA is revising the maintenance program reasonably based on the scientific evidences. JAEA considers that the situation of the maintenance management and the quality assurance of Monju results in the stage that JAEA can take the confirmation of contents by NRA and obtain release from the NRA order. Therefore, JAEA submitted the report concerning the NRA order in August, 2016. JAEA considers that the efforts regarding the maintenance management inadequacies are very useful knowledge for the development and also the regulation of commercial FBRs in future.
