2010年2016年に開催された計4回の核セキュリティ・サミットにおいて、数多くの成果が生み出された。サミットがなければ達成できなかったであろう成果も多く、核セキュリティ・サミットによって達成された成果をとりあげサミットの意義を論じるとともに、2016年のサミット終了後に残された核セキュリティの課題を明らかにする。

Through the Nuclear Security Summit Process since 2010, the international community accomplished significantly in the area of nuclear security. The paper identifies those achievements as well as challenges beyond the last Nuclear Security Summit in 2016.
