Recent advances of a single crystal neutron diffractometer SENJU at J-PARC

Single-crystal neutron diffraction is one of the most fundamental and powerful techniques to determine the arrangement of light elements and magnetic moments in crystalline materials with high accuracy and reliability. We constructed a TOF-Laue single crystal neutron diffractometer, SENJU, at the BL18 of MLF/J-PARC, for precise crystal and magnetic structure analyses. In this presentation, we will show some recent scientific achievements and instrument advances of SENJU.
