レーザー配管補修装置の開発と遠隔での補修品質評価法に関する研究

本報告では、レーザーを用いた配管内壁補修装置と同装置による補修部の品質の評価法について報告する。本報で用いる配管内壁補修装置は、配管挿入用トーチ、回転機構、複合型光ファイバーおよびCWレーザー源で構成されており、レーザー照射点を遠方モニターで監視しながら補修作業・操作が可能である。一方でその補修部位の評価はモニターによる目視点検となり、遠方からの品質評価法が確立されれば、同装置による配管保守保全法の価値は大きく向上する。遠方から非破壊的に補修部位を評価可能な技術に超音波ガイド波がある。今回は突合せ溶接部を対象に、超音波ガイド波による溶接部の評価が可能であるか実験的に調査した。溶接条件を変化させた複数の試験用配管を用意し、電磁超音波探触子を用いて超音波ガイド波を励起・測定し、溶接品質と検出信号の相関を調査した。溶接品質の違いによって超音波ガイド波の信号が異なり、遠隔品質評価法へ一定の知見を得た。

In this work, it is reported that pipe work repairing system and evaluation method of the repairing quality. The repairing system, which is composed of the insertion laser-torch, rotating mechanism, hybrid optical fiber and CW laser source, enable us to repair and reprocess inner surface of the pipework. Operators are able to manipulate the system while monitoring the laser irradiation point through the hybrid optical fiber. On the other hand, the repairing quality is confirmed by visual images, it is natural of developing remote evaluation method for the repairing quality to enhance the value of the repairing system. One of the most promising techniques for remote repairing quality evaluation is ultrasonic guided wave. In this work, we focus on the evaluating butt-welding quality with guided wave, investigating its applicability experimentally. Guided wave is generated and measured on butt-welded pipes that are butt-welded in different conditions. Through the experiments and investigation of the wave profiles, it is found that welding condition effects on the strength of the guided wave detecting signal, revealing its applicability and obtaining some knowledge to establish remote repairing quality evaluation method.
