The study of H$$^{-}$$ stripping by using lasers in J-PARC RCS requires measuring stripping efficiency of every 324 MHz micro pulse of the H$$^{-}$$ beam. It is not so straight forward and at present there has no sophisticated monitor system for that purpose. We considered a new measurement technique by using BPM (Beam Position Monitor) electrode signal taken by a fast oscilloscope. To test, we used charge-exchange type beam halo scrapper for the H$$^{-}$$ stripping. The unstripped H$$^{-}$$ and the stripped protons separated by bending magnets in the downstream of the scrapper were simultaneously measured by two BPMs. The H$$^{-}$$ micro pulses separated by 3.08 ns were clearly measured and the stripping efficiency of each micro pulse was also precisely obtained. Further detail studies are ongoing for better time resolution and also for multi-dimensional applications of the present measurement technique to obtain micro level information of the H$$^{-}$$ beam for beam dynamics studies and optimization of the Linac beam.
