2008年に「計測における不確かさの表現のガイド(GUM)」が刊行されて以降、化学分析分野と保障措置評価分野との間で、古典的な誤差論に基づく表記とGUMに基づく表記との間で、共通理解を深めるための議論が続いている。本発表では、この論点が、近実時間計量管理の評価に及ぼす影響について考察する。

After the publication of the "Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (GUM)" in 2008, there have been a long discussion about the expression of uncertainty between the chemical analysts and safeguards evaluation communities to deepen the mutual understanding. In this presentation, the effect of uncertainty quantification on the near-real-time accountancy evaluation will be discussed.
