Switching of magnetic ground states across the UIr $_{1-x}$ RhGe alloy system

We investigated the evolution of magnetism in UIr $_{1-x}$ RhGe system by systematic study on high-quality single crystals. We find a field-induced first order transition in the vicinity of the critical magnetic field along the axis in the entire UIr $_{1-x}$ RhGe system, including the ferromagnetic region.
