機械製品の信頼性評価に関するJSME基準および関連動向

The JSME Standard on the reliability evaluation of mechanical structures and related trends

機械製品の設計や維持段階での供用適性評価に信頼性評価を導入することがより強く求められるようになってきている。このため新たにJIS規格が整備されたが、実際に信頼性評価を行う場合には、この原則に則る形でより具体的な方法論を示すハンドブックにあたるものが整備されていることが望ましい。そこで、日本機械学会基準案「部分安全係数法を用いた機械製品の信頼性評価に関する指針」が取りまとめられた。本基準案は機械学会内の審議を経て公衆審査が既に終了しており、早ければ2017年度内の発刊が見込まれている。本発表では、本基準案開発の背景、技術的特徴および関連動向について紹介する。

In response to the increasing demands for the reliability assessment of mechanical structures, a new standard is being issued from the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers that provides procedures applicable to mechanical products in general utilizing the Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) method. This paper describes the background and technical features of the standard as well as some of the activities on developing related codes and standards.
