効果的なトレーニングコースを実施するためのISCNの経験; 物理的防護実習フィールドの活用

本論文では、JAEA核不拡散・核セキュリティ総合支援センター(ISCN)の人材育成支援事業において、核セキュリティに関する効果的なトレーニングを実現するために物理的防護実習フィールドを活用してきた経験を共有する。これにより、各国の類似の支援センターの人材育成支援活動の参考としてもらい、以て世界の核セキュリティ強化に貢献することを目指す。

This paper aims at sharing practices of the Integrated Support Center for Nuclear Nonproliferation and Nuclear Security (ISCN) of Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA) in utilizing the Physical Protection Exercise Field for nuclear security training courses in order to accomplish effective capacity building support; and thus, to support countries to world efforts to enhance nuclear security.
