OKTAVIAN TOF実験を用いたENDF/B-VIII4.1のベンチマークテスト

米国で開発中の核データライブラリーENDF/B-VIII4.1のベンチマークテストをOKTAVIAN TOF実験のCo実験とCu実験で行った。比較のために、ENDF/B-VII.1、JENDL-4.0を用いた解析も行った。その結果、ENDF/B-VIII4.1を用いた解析結果は、Co実験では他の核データライブラリーを用いた解析結果より実験値に近くなり、Cu実験では他の核データライブラリー用いた解析結果より実験値との一致が悪くなることがわかった。また、ENDF/B-VIII4.1とENDF/B-VII.1を用いた解析結果の差の原因が、Coでは非弾性散乱により残留核が連続領域に励起する反応のデータ、Cu、Cuでは非弾性散乱反応全体のデータにあることも明らかにした。

A benchmark test of ENDF/B-VIII4.1 being developed in US were carried out with Co and Cu experiments in the OKTAVIAN TOF experiments. For the comparison, ENDF/B-VII.1 and JENDL-4.0 were also used. As a result, it is found out that the analysis results with ENDF/B-VIII4.1 agreed the measured data better than those with the other nuclear data in the Co experiment, while they are in worse agreement with the measured data than those with the other nuclear data in the Cu experiment. It is also demonstrated that the differences between the analysis results with ENDF/B-VIII4.1 and ENDF/B-VII.1 come from the inelastic scattering data to continuum states in Co and all the inelastic scattering data in Cu and Cu.
