遠心抽出器の運転条件がUの抽出挙動に与える影響について、液相(水相及び有機相)間の物質移動を考慮した、乱流数値モデルに基づいたCFD解析により評価した。ロータ回転数や有機相/水相流量比の違いによる抽出挙動の変化について、実験により得られた傾向を概ね再現できることを確認した。

The effect of operational condition of ACC on U extraction behavior was investigated by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis considering mass transfer between aqueous and organic phases, and the calculation results were validated experimentally. The changes of U extraction performance, i.e. U mass transfer efficiency, with the O/A ratio (= organic flowrate / aqueous flowrate) and rotor speed were calculated, and these showed a good agreement with experimental results.
