溶融鉛ビスマス中の溶存酸素濃度測定の信頼性向上策の検討

ジルコニア酸素センサーを用いた鉛ビスマス中の酸素濃度測定の信頼性を向上させるため、基準物質として鉛ビスマスより酸素活量の高いものと低いものを使用したセンサーを作製した。基準物質としてAg/Air, Co/CoO, Fe/Fe$$_{3}$$O$$_{4}$$を用いることで約250$$^{circ}$$Cから450$$^{circ}$$Cの溶融鉛ビスマス中の酸素濃度を測定できた。

In order to improve the reliability of oxygen concentration measurement in liquid lead bismuth, zirconia oxygen sensors were prepared using high and low oxygen activity than lead bismuth as a reference substance. The oxygen concentration in molten lead bismuth could be measured at 250 to 450$$^{circ}$$C by using Ag/Air, Co/CoO and Fe/Fe$$_{3}$$O$$_{4}$$ as reference materials.
