乾式回収粉の粒度調整に向けたジェットミルの特性評価

高速炉用MOX燃料製造における、乾式リワークに採用する粉砕機選定のため、石英砂及び酸化鉄焼結体解砕粉を模擬原料粉としてジェットミルの粉砕特性の評価を行った。最大で40$$mu$$mにピークをもつ粉砕粉が得られ、供給速度により狭い範囲でピーク粒径を調整できることが分かった。

For the purpose of pulverizer selection for a dry recycled MOX powder with the size distribution suitable for a sintered density adjustment of MOX pellet, characterisity and performance of several types of pulverizer were evaluated, using quartzose sand and 0000 powder of sintered iron oxide were used as simulated raw material powder. Pulverized powder with a peak size at 40$$mu$$m is obtained, and it's possible to adjust peak grain-size in the small area by feed rate.
