緊急時放射線防護ネットワーク構築に向けた活動

原子力災害や放射線災害などの緊急事態において、教育研究機関, 原子力事業所等の放射線防護分野の研究者/技術者, 放射線管理員が、その専門性を生かして適材適所で放射線防護に関する支援活動を行うためには平常時から関係者で問題意識を共有し、改善に向けた活動を提案、実践していくことが重要である。このような活動の基盤として緊急時放射線防護ネットワークの構築と運用を原子力規制委員会の「放射線防護研究分野における課題解決型ネットワークとアンブレラ型統合プラットフォームの形成」事業の一環として進めていく。平成30年度から環境モニタリング, 個人被ばくモニタリング, 放射線管理の3つの専門分野毎にサブグループを設置し、構成員リストの整備と分野毎の課題の抽出と課題解決に向けた活動を行う。

In nuclear/radiation emergency, it is important for researchers / engineers who specialize in radiation protection field belonging to educational institute, research institute or nuclear power plant etc. in Japan to provide support activities at the right position in accordance with their own specialty. In order to realize this situation, authors intend to establish the emergency radiation protection network among these researchers / engineers in Japan to have a platform for sharing issues on radiation protection in emergency exposure situations, existing exposure situations etc. and solving them under Umbrella project, established in 2017 with the support of the NRA, which provides a platform to bring together stakeholders in the field of radiation protection. In this presentation, current status of establishment of the emergency radiation protection network will be introduced.
