保全内容の変更判断をバックアップする数理手法の適用状況調査

日本保全学会保全標準化検討会では、保全タスクや保全実施時期等の保全内容に係る変更判断をバックアップする数理的手法の積極的利用を推進するため、2018年に数理保全WGを設置し、検査実績を踏まえた保全タスク変更の影響評価や最適保全実施時期の評価等、保全計画における数理的手法の適用状況について文献等に基づき調査している。本発表では、その状況を報告する。

It is important for maintenance of nuclear power station facilities in the future to promote mathematical techniques which support judgement to modify maintenance practices, such as maintenance tasks, maintenance implementation timing, and so on. Mathematical Maintenance Working Group, which has been established by Maintenance Standardization Committee since July 6, 2018, is investigating application examples of such mathematical techniques in maintenance planning as influence evaluation of changing maintenance tasks based on inspection results, or evaluation of optimized maintenance implementation timing, and so on. The status of these investigation examples are reported.
