Electronic structure of UTe$$_2$$ studied by photoelectron spectroscopy

The unconventional superconductors in $$f$$-based materials attract much attention in recent years. Recently, it was discovered that $$mathrm{UTe_2}$$ has relatively high transition temperature ($$T_mathrm{C} = 1.65~mathrm{K}$$), and it is classified into one of such class of materials. In the present study, we have studied the electronic structure of $$mathrm{UTe_2}$$ by the photoelectron spectroscopy with the soft X-raysynchrotron radiation. The band structure and Fermi surface of $$mathrm{UTe}_2$$ and their relationship to the result of the band-structure calculation will be discussed.
