Zero field $^{115}$ In Nuclear Quadrupole Resonance (NQR) measurements at ambient pressure have been carried out on a single crystal of Ce $_{3}$ PtIn $_{11}$ , a heavy fermion compound exhibiting two magnetic transitions at T1 = 2.2 K and TN = 2 K prior to entering a superconducting state below Tc =0.32 K.
