$$^{243}$$Amの中性子捕獲断面積データ精度向上に係る研究開発

マイナーアクチノイド核種の一つである$$^{243}$$Amの中性子捕獲反応断面積の精度向上に係る研究開発を行った。中性子捕獲反応断面積の精度向上のために、まず、崩壊ガンマ線の放出率を高い精度で整備して、$$^{243}$$Amの原子炉中性子照射による$$^{244}$$Amの基底状準位の生成量のみをガンマ線測定で調べ、次にアイソマーと基底準位を合わせた生成量をアルファ線測定で調べた。本発表では、$$^{243}$$Amの中性子捕獲反応断面積測定の詳細とともに得られた結果について報告する。

Research and development were made for accuracy improvement of neutron capture cross-section data on $$^{243}$$Am among minor actinides. First, the emission probabilities of decay $$gamma$$-rays were obtained with high accuracy, and the amount of the ground state of $$^{244}$$Am produced by reactor neutron irradiation of $$^{243}$$Am was examinded by$$gamma$$-ray measurement. Next, the total amount of isomer and ground states was examoned by $$alpha$$-ray measurement. This presentation will give the details of the measurenmets and the results of the neutron capture cross-sections of $$^{243}$$Am.
