核燃料からのルテニウム(Ru)放出モデルを改良するため、熱天秤を利用する新しい手法で、Ru-ロジウム(Pd)合金中のRu活量を測定した。得られた実験値は、既存の熱力学データから推定された値とよく一致し、本測定手法の信頼性を確認した。

In order to improve the existing ruthenium (Ru) release model from fuel in a severe accident, Ru activity of Ru-palladium (Pd) alloys was measured by a new experimental method using thermogravimetric analysis. The measured Ru activity agrees well with that calculated using the thermodynamic data, which verifies the accuracy of this new method.
