Issues on permanent access to the full-text of non-conventional literature in INIS Repository

The International Nuclear Information System (INIS) provides full-text on materials that are difficult to obtain through commercial channels, such as conference papers and institutional reports. As electronic media and the Web have become the mainstream publication forms of materials, problems have arisen in providing full text, and the present state and measures taken are reported.
